Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bevibo. Bevibo is committed to your shopping satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Refunds And Returns For Conditions

Within 60 days after delivery the product, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the return or refund of the product :

(1)The product is broken when you receive.

(2)The product is not what you ordered.

(3)Quality issue during your application

If you meet the conditions above, you can record a video or images to prove the problem. And sent it to Once we confirm that the products cannot work or the product is not what you ordered, we will arrange to return and refund.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, so customers are not required to bear the shipping fee.

If you want to return or refund due to personal reasons, such as purchased wrong item, no longer want the items, customers need to pay the return shipping fee within 60 days after delivery.

How to start your returns & refund

Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and will not affect the second sale. Once the item arrives back at the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

RAM Numbers

Each order being returned must have a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Only one RMA number will be issued per order, if two or more products being returned that are on different orders, each order needs a separate RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.

The RMA number will be valid for 15 days upon issue or receiving. 

Timeframe For Returns & Refunds

Returns are processed during normal business hours (Weekdays, 9am-6pm).

You will receive a confirmation email from us after receiving your product within 24 hours.

After receiving the product from you our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item(s) to make sure they are unopened and in their original condition. 

Upon passing our inspection, a refund will issue to you and you will notified that by email. Please be informed that it will take 3-5 business days to being processed the whole procedure after receiving the returned product.

If your item(s) fail the inspection, we will inform you about our decision that either we will send the item(s) back to you at your own expense or destroy them.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It usually takes 3--5 business days to refund to your account depends on the bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at


We only accept exchanges for those products that are damaged upon delivery or quality problem. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at with a description of the damage or defect within 60 days of the purchase date.

  • Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
  • The email address you used to purchase the order

Orders will be canceled within 24 hours from when they are received. Due relays related to COVID-19, you may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed (ie you haven't received a tracking number yet.

Cancellation Timeframe

After your order cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed by your financial institution.
