Refunds And Returns For Conditions

Within 60 days after delivery the product, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the return or refund of the product :

(2)The product is not what you ordered.

(3)Quality issue during your application

If you meet the conditions above, you can record a video or images to prove the problem. And sent it to service@bevibo.com. Once we confirm that the products cannot work or the product is not what you ordered, we will arrange to return and refund.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, so customers are not required to bear the shipping fee.

If you want to return or refund due to personal reasons, such as purchased wrong item, no longer want the items, customers need to pay the return shipping fee within 60 days after delivery.

Before return, please contact us for return details and correct return address. All returns for refund must be authorized by Bevibo within 60 days of delivery with a valid RMA Number, please contact us by service@bevibo.com.
